1. Terms of Service

1) The owner has the permission to change these conditions at any time they deem necessary. In such a case, the owner will notify customers about these changes.

2) The owner has the permission to modify the service price at any time they see fit. In the event of such a change, all customers will be notified!

3) The owner has the permission to monitor the productivity of any service.

4) Customers need to choose the service they require, and once we confirm the purchase, the service will be assigned to them.

5) If a customer fails to make payment after 1 month, the server will be suspended for 24 hours. After that, it will be terminated.

6) Customers have permission to request a refund within a 24-hour refund policy period. The refund policy only applies to new customers. The reason for the refund request must be valid. Dedicated Nodes/VDS/VPS and card payments are non-refundable.

7) Customers will be informed about any applicable taxes they need to pay.

8) Customers are not allowed to resell or duplicate this service.

9) Customers are strictly prohibited from using this service for malicious purposes such as mining, DoS/DDoS attacks, phishing, etc. Violation will result in immediate termination without backups or refunds.

10) During the non-renewable trial period, customers can test selected products free of charge for 2 hours (excluding dedicated nodes).

2. Privacy Policy

1) ThunderNodes may collect personal data when you register on our site, open a support ticket, communicate via Discord/chat, or use our services. Information collected includes contact details, device ID, IP address, and login times.

2) We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not allow third parties to track or collect personal data on our site for advertising purposes.

3) You have the ability to access and correct your account or profile information at any time.

4) Data may be shared strictly with payment processing services or security systems to prevent fraud and illegal activities.

5) Upon registration, you agree that we may use personal data to correspond regarding your service and special offers.

6) We retain data until account deletion is requested via support on Discord.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1) At ThunderNodes, our commitment is to ensure seamless service provision, striving for a 99% Uptime SLA guarantee.

2) Service disruption encompasses any unforeseen maintenance when customers are unable to access services due to hardware or network outages.

3) SLA Exceptions: Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, emergency access suspensions, customer-triggered DDoS/DoS attacks, or third-party software bugs.

4. Sponsorship Guidelines

1) Sponsorship is granted to content creators with established audiences. Sponsored partners must promote ThunderNodes effectively on their platform.

2) Sponsored partners must assign a special 'ThunderNodes' role on Discord/Minecraft servers and create a dedicated 'ThunderNodes' channel.

3) Sponsored partners have 2 weeks to present results. If no clients are brought within 2 weeks, sponsorship and server access will be suspended.
